Why Pray?

Why pray? Billy Graham in his book titled The Journey gave several suggestions that have helped me become more diligent in my prayer life:

1.  Pray because of Jesus' example.
2.  Pray because God has commanded it.
3.  Pray because Christ died to give us access to the Father.
4.  Pray because God is worthy of your praise.
5.  Pray because you need His forgiveness.
6.  Pray because you need His guidance.
7.  Pray because you need His protection.
8.  Pray because others need your prayers.
9.  Pray because God wants your fellowship.
10.  Pray because you need His fellowship.
